Councilman Pedro Pablo Alcalá Puello was elected second vice president of the Turbaco Council for 2027. The full council chose him with all 15 available votes in favor.
He will take office on January 1
Alcalá Puello will take office on January 1, 2027. The election is for the council’s leadership team that will serve during that year.
